These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your relationship with ESG N.V. (trading as "Spinfinity") in relation to your use of the Spinfinity online gaming services made available via the website located at spinfinty.com (the "Website"). Account Registration

Eligibility and age verification

Account security and user obligations

  • Login credentials: You must keep your username, password, and any other security credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. Any use of your Account with your correct login details will be deemed to be by you.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General betting principles

  • Availability of Games: The selection of Games on spinfinty.com may change at any time. We may add, remove, or modify Games without prior notice to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Placing a bet: A Bet is placed when you confirm your selection on the Website and the transaction is accepted by our system. Your Bet will be deducted from your Real Money Balance or Bonus Funds as applicable at the time of placement.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the Game interface. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits through technical or other means.
  • Currencies and crypto-assets: Where we support deposits in different currencies or via crypto-assets, the value of your Bet will be based on the converted real-money value recorded in your Account at the time of the transaction.

Acceptance, cancellation, and modification of bets

  • Irrevocability: Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed by our servers, it cannot normally be cancelled or changed by you. You are responsible for checking that your Bet details are correct before confirming.
  • Operator's right to void: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or declare void any Bet (in whole or in part) where there is an obvious error (including technical faults, mispricing, or malfunction), where Bets were placed after the outcome was known, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, or misuse of the Website.

Bonus Terms

General bonus conditions

  • Additional Bonus Terms: All Bonuses and promotions offered in connection with spinfinty.com (including any Spinfinity specific offers) are subject to these Terms and to our detailed Bonus Terms published at https://spinfinity.casino/bonus-terms/. In case of inconsistency, the Bonus Terms for the relevant promotion apply in addition to these Terms.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted by country, currency, payment method, or player segment. We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw a Bonus from any User who does not meet eligibility criteria or who breaches these Terms.
  • Bonus activation: Some Bonuses require a special code, minimum deposit, or specific action (for example, opting in). The relevant conditions will be stated in the promotional description.

Wagering requirements and timeframes

  • Turnover obligations: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements. You must place Bets totalling the required multiple of the Bonus amount (and, where applicable, deposit amount) before any related winnings become withdrawable.
  • Sequence of play: Where both Real Money and Bonus Funds are available, Real Money may be used first, followed by Bonus Funds, unless otherwise specified in the Bonus Terms. Wagering requirements will be met only when Bets are placed using eligible funds on eligible Games.
  • Time limits: Bonuses may expire if the wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion (for example, 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings may be removed from your Account.

Prohibited games and actions

  • Bonus abuse: Bonus abuse includes (but is not limited to) using multiple Accounts, collusion, placing opposing bets, exploiting obvious errors in Game rules, or using progressive betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements. We may cancel Bonuses and associated winnings and close Accounts in cases of suspected abuse.

Combining promotions

  • Chargebacks: If a deposit is charged back, reversed, or declined after funds have been credited to your Account, we may deduct the relevant amount from your Account balance. If your balance is insufficient, you agree to repay us on demand.

Refunds of bets and bonuses

  • Stakes on void bets: If a Bet is declared void due to technical failure, malfunction, or other reasons described in these Terms, your stake may be returned to your Account as Real Money or bonus value, as appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Our obligations and fairness of Games
